now hear this co-founders lucia owens & christopher michael began nht while working with the very talented US national recording artist Venice Maki. initially involved in targeted grass-roots marketing and promotion of this rising talent -- primarily via an insider web blog titled "thiswayisout.com" (the answer to Maki's debut national release "which way is out? ") -- the two would ultimately help the artist establish a regular and evolving audience in TWIO as well as an expanded live performance audience, and to achieve successes never-before seen on stages such as Meer music's "Fame Games" Internet radio program playing to more than 1 million listeners world-wide. as a result, the two began finding themselves amidst many other artists and entertainers whom they would also make mention of on TWIO, and whose events the two would cover in 100's of pictures. as time went on, lucia & christopher found themselves being invited to more and more events, amassing more and more intimate looks at artists through pictures and commentary, all the while building interest in their services. as their efforts grew, so did the desire to reach more people, assist more artists, and change the way the world of independent entertainment is seen thru the eyes of the public and the artists who populate it.
